Who We Are

We believe creative decisions should begin with understanding the business, the audience, and the reason behind the work.

That belief is why we started NAVA, a creative boutique that brings together people with years of experience in creative work, strategy, production, and client relationships.

Each person brings a different point of view, helping us look at the work as a whole before deciding what it needs.

From there, we research, explore, and create specifically for each brand, working closely with the people behind it throughout the process.

  • Yashar Azimi

    CEO – Creative Director

    Over 16 years of experience across brand development, visual communication, and creative direction. Experience spans industries including government, health, beauty, fashion, and law.

  • Nazanin Kardooni

    Director of Sales

    Over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, client relations, and revenue-driven operations, with a focus on customer experience, business growth, and long-term partnerships.

  • Alireza Arfaeean

    Art Director – Strategist

    Over 29 years of experience in strategy, advertising, branding, and integrated campaigns. Worked with global brands in industries including FMCG, technology, and consumer goods.

  • Morteza Rafiei

    Director of Cinematography

    Over 20 years of experience in film production, videography, and cinematic storytelling, across documentaries, commercials, and entertainment projects.
